General Information Regarding Parking Tickets

If you receive a parking ticket you may pay the fine as listed on the back of the ticket or you can contest the ticket.You may contest the ticket by appearing in person at 213 South Main Street. Your hearing will be held on the day you appear and request the hearing. Bring with you any information that supports your belief that the parking ticket should be dismissed.

If you choose to pay the fine, mail your check or money order payable to the Fostoria Municipal Court, along with a copy of the ticket to:

Fostoria Municipal Clerk of Courts,
213 South Main Street,
Fostoria, Ohio 44830.

Please note: The fine increases after three days and thirty days (see below).
